Terms of Service

These terms cover buying from Day One. Plain language, because you should be able to read them.

Last updated: August 17, 2026

Who you are buying from

Day One is operated by Media4U LLC, 6315 Glen Aire Ave, Riverside, CA 92506. You can reach us at alerts@media4u.fun. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

Ordering

Placing an order is an offer to buy, not a completed sale. The sale is made when we accept the order and it ships. If we cannot fill an order we will tell you and refund it in full.

We may decline or cancel an order if an item is out of stock, if a price was listed in error, or if we cannot ship to the address given.

Prices and availability

  • Prices are in US dollars and are what you pay. We do not run fake sales or strike-through pricing.
  • Our catalog comes from a supplier network, and stock can change between the moment you add something to the cart and the moment you check out. If an item sells out after you order it, we refund that item in full.
  • Shipping is the supplier's own rate for each item, shown at checkout before you pay. Most items ship free; a few carry a charge.

Shipping and returns

Delivery timing, return eligibility, and refunds are covered on the Returns & Shipping page. Those terms are part of these terms.

Using the site

Do not use this site to break the law, to interfere with how it runs, or to scrape it at a volume that degrades it for other people. The writing, photography, and kit lists on this site belong to us; the product images and descriptions belong to their suppliers.

What we do not promise

The site is provided as it is. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we do not make warranties about products beyond those the manufacturer provides and those you are given by law, which nothing here takes away.

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to what you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force for your order is the one published when you placed it, and the date at the top of this page tells you when it last changed.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located there.
